Information technology + support for weight management

To raise awareness of our survey we have produced a poster for display in the GPs' surgeries, pharmacies, libraries and community centres where the questionnaire will be distributed. We think that local designer Katy Abbott has come up with a design that will make a real impact on over-crowded noticeboards.
